A bold new Korean brand which takes a playful approach to traditional dishes

The latest menu from luxury furniture designer turned chef, Jay Morjaria, Tiger and Rabbit is a small plates Korean brand. Jay has taken inspiration from the ancient Korean fable of a rabbit that creates it's own entertainment by plotting tricks against a tiger and turned it into a mischievous menu that dances tradition and modernity with bold spices, unexpected layers and a true taste for flavour.
